A ( 1) keeping your back erect sit on the base your buttock while stretching one leg straight towards the left and other turned from the knee and the foot kept on the Right thigh. (2) Now put both feet on the opposite thigh while keeping your back erect and  un arched.

3. Now take your hands backward and hold in the clutches the right foot-i.e. with the right hands drawn backward, hold left with the right hand and right foot with the left hand. Stay in that position about to three minute. Repeat the exercises at least 4 to 5 times.

(B) 1. Sit on the ground with right foot best from the knees and other feet stretched as much backward as possible and it's toes perpendicular to the ground. Keep your hands well stretched backward and joined at the top.

2. Repeat the same exercises with the other foot

3. Now, keeping one foot best from the knee and close to your stomach in such a way as the heel  that foot almost touches the thigh of the same leg and then keep the other leg best from the knee and raised upwards with your hand nearest to it, holding it
while maintaining the same position, tilt your hand as much backward as possible to almost touches your raised feet.

5. Repeat the same exercises with the other foot.









(C)1. Lie straight on the ground in a supine position with hands gently pressed between the respective buttock. This posture similar to your performing the Shav Asanas.

2. Now while putting pressure on your buttocks hold your torso high as much possible from the wait as much as to make your head provide other point of support. Keep in that position for a minute or so. This will as much stretch the breasts  muscels  as to make them ground and firm shape .

(D) 1.lie supine on a hard surface . Now keeping your feet firmly planted on the surface, bend your hands backward from the elbow to keep them firmly planted on the ground. Now heave as must your whole body as to acquire semicircular pose from the of the ground. This is in fact ,as known as chakar Asanas . This exercises imparts a conducive impact on your Breasts to mould them to a comely shape.
2. When you have achieved the chakar Asanas maintain that position while holding breath as much as you can

3. Now gradually come back to the normal position while slowly releasing your head up breath.

But those ladies who are pregnent or suffering from back problem should  refrain from taking recourse to this exercises.





Even otherwise, always make sure that you choose a tight fitting bra. But make sure that you don't sleep with your bras on while taking Bath gently rub them with a perfumed soap without stretching them. Also, keep your breast cleaned from inside the portion held close to your body. Generally develop the habit of walking with a straight gait. Avoid doing front bending exercises makes your breasts rater rather pendulum.

If you have an access to a good swimming pool, performing front stroke exercises during the swimming schedule. This part of swimming is very good to keep your breasts firm and round . But keep them assiduously clean.
